In short
Dockie is free to download and use, so you can see how it works on your PC before buying Dockie Pro.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Dockie Pro isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it in full. No questions asked.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include your order number from the Dodo Payments receipt. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
After a refund
The licence key is disabled, and within about a week Dockie returns to the free features on the PCs where it was activated. Smart search is turned off and its index removed; your shelf, clipboard history, snippets and settings are kept.
After 14 days
We’ll still look at refund requests where Dockie Pro didn’t work as described and we couldn’t fix it.
Your rights
This doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
