Dockie by ThryveA shelf at the top of your screen.

A small pill at the top of your Windows screen that opens into a shelf for files, clipboard history, media controls and widgets.

Coming soon to Windows.

Dockie is not available to download yet. The download will appear on this site when the first signed build is ready.

What it does today.

Everything listed here is built. Features that are only planned are left off this page until they exist.

A shelf that is always one move away.

Hover the pill or press Ctrl+Alt+Space and it opens into a shelf. Shake a file while dragging it and a basket appears to catch it.

  • Park files and text while you work
  • Opens on hover or with a shortcut
  • Shake-to-open basket for drag and drop

File jobs without opening an app.

Drop files on the shelf and act on them where they are. Everything runs on your PC.

  • Zip, convert, resize and compress
  • Merge and split PDFs, or turn images into a PDF
  • Strip metadata, add a watermark, read text with OCR, make a QR code

Clipboard history that survives a restart.

Everything you copy is kept, searchable and ready to paste again. Save the pieces you reuse as snippets.

  • Search what you copied
  • Snippets and quick paste
  • Encrypted with your Windows account

What is playing, and a few useful widgets.

See and control what is playing, set the volume for each app, and keep a handful of small widgets within reach.

  • Now-playing controls with per-app volume
  • Timer, world clock and network speed
  • Weather, once you choose a place

What it costs

Planned as a one-time purchase, separate from Thryve Pro. The price is not final, and Dockie is not on sale yet.

Questions, answered.

Can I download Dockie today?
Not yet. A signed build is not ready, so there is no download or Microsoft Store link. Both will appear on this page when it is.
Which versions of Windows does it run on?
Windows 10 (version 2004 or later) and Windows 11, on both x64 and ARM64 PCs.
Does it replace Thryve PDF, Photo and Media?
No. Dockie runs many of the same file jobs from your desktop without opening a browser. The web apps are still the place for detailed editing.
Do video and audio conversions work out of the box?
Not yet. They need FFmpeg installed separately on your PC; it is not bundled with Dockie.
Is Dockie included in Thryve Pro?
No. Thryve Pro covers the four web apps. Dockie is a separate Windows app with its own price.
