1. Licence
I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your Android or Apple devices for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App, except where the law allows it. The App's artwork, code and name remain my property or that of their licensors. On iPhone, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies.
2. Ads and purchases
The App is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. You can optionally buy “Remove Ads”, a one-time purchase that turns the ads off. On Android, payments, refunds and restoring purchases are handled by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service, and purchases are tied to your Google account. On iPhone they are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms, and purchases are tied to your Apple Account.
3. Scores and power-ups
Runs, wickets, badges and power-ups such as DRS, Free hit and Rain delay have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be rebalanced as the App is updated. Habit Cricket is not affiliated with any cricket board, league or team.
4. Your data
Your habits and scores are stored only on your device. There is no cloud sync, so deleting the App or its data, or losing your phone, can lose them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the App to break the law, tamper with the App or its ads, or interfere with Google Play or App Store services.
6. Privacy
How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. It is a motivational tool, not health, medical or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes and termination
I may update the App or these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
