com.naazim.desiblocks), developed and published by Thryve Apps (“I”, “me”), handles information. In short: I don't run a server and don't collect personal information myself. Google provides the App's ads, analytics, leaderboards and purchases, and collects data as described below. By using the App you agree to this policy.1. Information stored on your device
The App saves your game progress locally on your device: your best scores, the game in progress, Daily Thali results and streak, Yatra progress and marigolds, the skin you chose, the state you chose for leaderboards, and settings such as sound, music, vibration, voice, language and reminders. This data is not sent to me. If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may back up this save file to your Google account (Google Drive) so it can be restored when you reinstall the App or set up a new phone. That backup is handled by Google and you can manage it in your device's backup settings. Otherwise the data is removed when you uninstall the App.
2. Information I collect
I do not collect, store, or receive any personal information directly. The App has no accounts of its own and no backend server. The only sign-in is the optional Google Play Games one used for leaderboards. Analytics, advertising and leaderboard data is handled by Google through the services described below.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows ads provided by Google AdMob: ads between games, and videos you choose to watch for Keep Playing and Chai Break. AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and use data such as:
- Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device information (model, OS version, language, screen size)
- App interaction and ad performance data (ad views, clicks, crashes and diagnostics)
This data is used to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and, where permitted, personalise ads. Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and in the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
I use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played. It collects an app-instance identifier, device information and in-game events, for example games started and finished, scores, Yatra levels, whether the tutorial is completed, and the language, skin and state you choose. This data is processed by Google; see the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information. I use this data only to improve the game. Analytics starts only after the consent step described below. Where consent is required, it follows the choices you make there.
5. Leaderboards (Google Play Games)
If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the App sends your scores to Play Games leaderboards, where they are shown with your Play Games name and picture. If you choose your state in the App, your score is also sent to that state's leaderboard. The App uses your Play Games player identity only to submit scores and show the leaderboards. You can hide your activity or delete your Play Games data in the Play Games app's settings. Play Games is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
6. In-app purchase (Google Play)
The App offers one optional purchase, “Remove Ads”. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play and I never see your payment details. The App asks Google Play whether you own the purchase so it can restore it after a reinstall. Google Play's handling of purchases is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service.
7. Reminder notifications
The App can show a local notification reminding you about the Daily Thali. Reminders are scheduled on your device and no notification data is sent to me. You can turn them off in the App's settings or in your device's notification settings.
9. Your choices and consent
- Consent (EEA, UK and other regions): where required by law, the App shows a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalised ads are shown. Where that applies, you can change your choice later with “Privacy Choices” in the App's settings.
- Reset or limit ad personalisation and advertising identifiers: on your Android device, go to Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads) to delete your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation.
10. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or under the applicable age of digital consent in your country), and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact me and I will help resolve it.
11. Data sharing and security
I do not sell or share personal information. The only third party involved is Google (AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Google Play and Google Play Games), as described above. Data sent to these services is encrypted in transit. Because I do not collect personal data, I hold none to protect.
12. Your rights and data deletion
Depending on where you live (for example under India's DPDP Act, the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights over data that Google collects through ads and analytics. Since I hold no personal data, you can exercise these rights through your Google account privacy controls at myaccount.google.com or by contacting me. Uninstalling the App deletes the progress stored on your device. Leaderboard scores can be removed by deleting your Play Games data in the Play Games app's settings.
13. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
