1. Licence
I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your Android devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App, except where the law allows it. The App's artwork, music, code and name remain my property or that of their licensors.
2. Ads and purchases
The App is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. You can optionally buy “Remove Ads” through Google Play, which turns off ads between levels. Optional bonus videos you choose to watch remain available. Payments, refunds and purchase restoration are handled by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service. Purchases are tied to your Google account.
3. Virtual items
Stars, hints, hearts and other in-game items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be rebalanced as the game is updated.
4. Cloud save
If you sign in to Google Play Games, your progress may be saved to your Google account. I do not guarantee that saved data will never be lost, so please do not rely on it as your only copy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the App to break the law, tamper with the App or its ads, or interfere with Google Play services.
6. Privacy
How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes and termination
I may update the App or these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
