Privacy Policy · Declutter! Tidy Puzzle

This policy explains how the Android game “Declutter! Tidy Puzzle” (the “App”, package com.naazim.declutter), developed and published by Syed Naazim Hussain (“I”, “me”), handles information. In short: I don't run a server and don't collect personal information myself. Google provides the App's ads, analytics, cloud save and purchases, and collects data as described below. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information stored on your device

The App saves your game progress (levels completed, house restoration progress, daily drawer state, and settings such as sound and music) locally on your device. This data is not sent to me. If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may back up this save file to your Google account (Google Drive) so it can be restored when you reinstall the App or set up a new phone. That backup is handled by Google and you can manage it in your device's backup settings. Otherwise the data is removed when you uninstall the App.

2. Information I collect

I do not collect, store, or receive any personal information directly. The App has no accounts of its own, no sign-in, and no backend server. Analytics and advertising data is collected by Google through the services described below.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and use data such as:

Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
IP address and approximate location derived from it
Device information (model, OS version, language, screen size)
App interaction and ad performance data (ad views, clicks, crashes and diagnostics)

This data is used to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and, where permitted, personalise ads. Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and in the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

I use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played (for example, which levels are completed and how long sessions last). It collects an app-instance identifier, device information and in-game events. This data is processed by Google; see the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information. I use this data only to improve the game. Analytics starts only after the consent step described below. Where consent is required, it follows the choices you make there.

5. Cloud save (Google Play Games)

If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the App saves a copy of your game progress (levels, stars, house progress, daily streak and hints) to your Google Play Games account using Saved Games, so it is kept when you reinstall the App or change phones. This copy is stored and processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. The App uses your Play Games player identity only to read and write it. You can delete saved game data from the Google Play Games app or your Google account settings.

6. In-app purchase (Google Play)

The App offers one optional purchase, “Remove Ads”. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play and I never see your payment details. The App asks Google Play whether you own the purchase so it can restore it after a reinstall. Google Play's handling of purchases is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service.

7. Daily reminders

The App can show a local notification reminding you that a new Daily Drawer is ready. Reminders are scheduled on your device and no notification data is sent to me. You can turn them off in the App's settings or in your device's notification settings.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or under the applicable age of digital consent in your country), and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact me and I will help resolve it.

11. Your rights and data deletion

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA or India's DPDP Act), you may have rights over data that Google collects through ads and analytics. Since I hold no personal data, you can exercise these rights through your Google account privacy controls at myaccount.google.com or by contacting me. Uninstalling the App deletes the progress stored on your device. Cloud saves can be deleted from your Google Play Games settings.

12. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
