1. Licence
I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your Android or Apple devices for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App, except where the law allows it. The App's artwork, card designs, code and name remain my property or that of their licensors. On iPhone, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies.
2. Not medical or financial advice
The App is a general wellness tool for building better sleep habits. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Its sleep figures depend on what you log or what your device records, and may be inaccurate. If you are often tired or worried about your sleep, talk to a doctor.
The “card”, “balance”, “bill”, “fees” and “credit score” in the App are a game about sleep, counted in minutes. They involve no real money, are not a financial product and have nothing to do with your real credit record.
3. Ads and purchases
The App is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. You can optionally buy “Remove Ads”, a one-time purchase that turns the ads off. Optional videos you choose to watch, such as for a fee waiver, remain available. On Android, payments, refunds and restoring purchases are handled by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service, and purchases are tied to your Google account. On iPhone they are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms, and purchases are tied to your Apple Account.
4. Your data
Your sleep data and progress are stored only on your device. There is no cloud sync, so deleting the App or its data, or losing your phone, can lose them. You can export a copy as a file from the App's settings.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the App to break the law, tamper with the App or its ads, or interfere with Google Play or App Store services.
6. Privacy
How information is handled, including sleep data from Health Connect and Apple Health, is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes and termination
I may update the App or these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
